SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — Dozens of CPS Energy crews are working to correct and restore natural gas service to hundreds of homes in northern Bexar County Thursday.
CPS Energy said 500 homes in the Trinity Oaks subdivision is without service.
The outage is due to an issue that came up during pipe replacement. Crews were upgrading piping in the area when the line and system lost pressure during the upgrading process.
Crews are working to correct the pressure and then relight all of the pilot lights of affected customers.
CPS Energy said the outage is expected to take all day to resolve.
